The Georgia Bulldogs handed the Florida State Seminoles their first loss of the season Saturday when they rallied for a 12-9 victory in the Southern Shootout. Georgia jumped out to a 3-2 first quarter lead on two goals from attack man Cabell Cox (4g, 2a). The Seminoles outscored the Bulldogs 3-1 in the second quarter, including two from freshman attack man Tyler Richey (4g). A 4-3 third quarter advantage for the Bulldogs left the game tied at 9 heading into the fourth and final quarter. Two goals from Mac O’Berry (2g) and Cox’s fourth goal of the day gave the visiting Bulldogs a 3-goal lead.
